Preview of an atmospheric Kent Summer Wedding
The forecast for last Saturday was not good! Photographers and those getting married alike know how important the weather can be to a wedding day. Rain is not a disaster as it lends itself to some creative and cool umbrella shots, but when you are planning a completely outdoor affair, things can get a little trickier… After a very humid week of hot temperatures the weather was due to break on Saturday in a multitude of thunderstorms. I travelled to Harriet and Steve’s wedding armed with my mac and umbrella. Harriet however arrived at the church in bright, baking sunshine! As the day progressed the dark clouds gathered ominously and a few rumbles of thunder were heard, but they did not break.
We took some time out during the day to take some couple photographs in the beautiful fields surrounding the family home.
I’ll be featuring the complete wedding day on my site in the coming weeks, so do keep your eye out.
